Training for Education Providers
For too long, the education system has been trying to meet the needs of neurodiverse children & young people and, through no fault of its own, is struggling.
Trying to support these amazing individuals using neurotypical curriculum delivery & targets, in environments that are causing overwhelm for both them and staff alike, is leading to an increase in school avoidance, exclusions, and low staff morale. Yet the strategies that are needed are, in many ways, straightforward, and once implemented, support everyone to thrive.
We have created a flexible, ongoing package of training, resources, and support for staff, to create a whole-school approach. This is appropriate for any educational provision as it gives a positive holistic approach and helps to develop an inclusive, collaborative community.
