1. Purpose of Support

We offers bespoke 1:1 neurodiversity support, including practical strategies, guidance, and personalised resources. Autism & ADHD does not offer therapy, crisis intervention, or statutory services.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Advance Payment All sessions must be paid in full ahead of the appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. 2.2 Invoices Invoices must be paid by the due date stated. If a session is scheduled before the invoice due date, payment must still be made before the session takes place. 2.3 Non‑Payment If payment is not received ahead of the appointment, the session will be cancelled and may be offered to another family.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

(48 hours’ notice — excluding weekends — applies to all private bookings) 3.1 Notice Period A minimum of 48 hours’ notice, excluding weekends, is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 3.2 Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee. 3.3 Non‑Attendance If the Client does not attend or engage with a scheduled session, the full fee remains payable

4.Scope of Services

Support may include: • personalised strategies • sensory and behavioural guidance • parent/carer support • practical resources • structured planning Sessions may be delivered by Dr Annie Clements or another appropriate team member.

5. Client Responsibilities

To help us provide the best possible support, we ask clients to: • provide accurate information • attend sessions on time • ensure payment is made ahead of the appointment • engage with the support process • communicate any changes in advance

6. Respectful Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive and respectful service for everyone involved. We therefore reserve the right to withdraw services if staff experience: • rude, aggressive, or inappropriate communication • behaviour that compromises staff wellbeing

7. Termination of Services

Where possible, we will always seek to resolve any issues first. However, we reserve the right to withdraw or withhold services if: • payment is not received ahead of the appointment • repeated cancellations occur • the Client fails to adhere to these Terms & Conditions • staff experience disrespectful or unsafe conduct
