Information Booklets Library

Our Information Booklet Library has been created to provide calm, accessible and nervous-system-informed support for neurodivergent individuals, families and professionals.

These downloadable resources are designed to sit alongside our trainings, videos and wider support pathways, helping people continue reflecting, learning and putting ideas into practice in everyday life.

Rather than simply repeating presentation slides, each booklet has been carefully developed to:

  • explain key concepts in a clearer and more supportive way

  • reduce overwhelm through accessible information

  • provide practical strategies and reflective tools

  • support ongoing understanding after training sessions

  • create a resource people can return to in their own time

Topics within the library will continue to grow and evolve, covering areas such as:

  • burnout

  • rejection sensitive dysphoria (R.S.D.)

  • waiting for diagnosis

  • emotional wellbeing

  • relationships

  • nervous systems

  • parenting and family life

  • education

  • workplace support

  • caring responsibilities

  • and many more neurodivergent lived experiences

Our aim is to create a supportive resource space that feels:

practical, emotionally safe, reflective, accessible

and

grounded in real-world neurodivergent understanding.

Many of the booklets also connect with our wider “Putting Things Into Practice” resources and Zone videos, allowing people to explore topics more deeply over time.

We understand that learning and processing look different for everyone. Some people prefer videos, others prefer written resources they can print, revisit, highlight and work through at their own pace. The Information Booklet Library helps provide that flexibility.

This library will continue developing over time as part of our wider vision to create connected, sustainable and neurodivergent-informed support pathways across all areas of life.
