Menopause Support

Autism & ADHD really wants to make a difference for girls & women in our community who are experiencing challenges in Menstruation and Menopause.

Reports that are coming through show that due to Sensory Processing Differences as well as our potential chemical differences, we experience these in a different way, but we need your stories, experiences, and input to collect data and push for research. We are lucky enough to have a Psychology intern, Olivia, who is going to be carrying out formal research to enable us to have useful data and stories. We can use this to start raising awareness and developing training to be able to improve our experiences.

Olivia Arnold, a trainee psychologist, is currently working with us to complete some research into Autistic and ADHD women and their experiences of menopause. We would love you to send us these, anonymously if you wish. You just need to press right here or by using the button below. This is such an important thing to be doing to improve things for our female community so please get involved.

The best way to keep informed of developments and be involved in the research is to be a member of our Facebook group, and you can join up here.
